Prof Chaudhuri and Dr Samuel hosted a very prestigious Winter School for Young Neurologists under the patronage of Movement Disorders Society (MDS) between 7th and 9th February 2019 at King’s.
Over 40 young neurologists from all over Europe participated in the three day event, where they learnt from the leading experts in the field of movement disorders including King’s Prof Chaudhuri, Dr Samuel, Prof Jenner and Prof Politis and Prof Ashkan as well as Prof Antonini (Italy), Prof Henriksen (Denmark), Prof Vidailhet (France) and Prof Ferreira (Portugal), Prof Odin (Sweden) and Prof Taba (Estonia).
Both Prof Chaudhuri and Dr Samuel felt that the event was “extremely successful and a great experience for both the delegates and the staff involved in organising it. We are very lucky to be given the privilege of hosting this highly prestigious training and are happy to see it being a success.”
